You will benefit from a vast plot of land with an area of ​​approximately 2,000 m² with a superb unobstructed view of the sea and the sugar cane fields. You will benefit from a beautiful swimming pool (10.50 m x 5.50 m) with its salt-treated water, natural, healthy, odorless (chlorine-free) as well as two outdoor showers. The main living room with its cathedral roof, spacious, very bright, ventilated and air-conditioned, has a beautiful modern kitchen and its central island with all the necessary equipment: American fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, cellar wine cooler, microwave, hood, integrated hob and plancha, crockery and kitchen utensils. It opens onto a living room with flat screen TV, CD/DVD player, radio and a large sofa. You will benefit from a free internet connection. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. A hairdryer, bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa is fully equipped with mosquito nets on all its shutters/blinds, its sliding bay windows and its large bay windows.

The interior is comfortable, ventilated and tastefully furnished for your ultimate comfort.

The outdoor space, a beautiful covered terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals in complete tranquility as well as a lounge area, bench and armchairs, from where you can admire the surrounding landscape with the superb view of the turquoise sea and sugar cane fields. In the event of rain or strong winds, you will only have to lower the openwork roller shutters which will allow you to isolate yourself while maintaining the atypical view whatever the bad weather. You can also grill your favorite meals using the Weber gas barbecue and its plancha.
